Restricted Articles in Baggage.

The following articles are not permitted in Baggage, whether cabin or hold baggage.

Gas Cylinders: Deeply refrigerated flammable, non-flammable, and poisonous gases such as butane, oxygen, propane, and aqualung cylinders. This includes butane gas, camping gas and chef’s blow torches.

Flammable liquids and solids: Lighter fuel, paint, matches, and firelighters.

Corrosives: Such as mercury, acids, alkalis and wet-cell batteries.

Poisons: Such as insecticides, weed killers, arsenic, and cyanide.

Radioactive material, oxidising materials, and organic peroxides such as bleaches and fibreglass repair kits.

Firearms and Explosives: Handguns, automatic weapons, munitions, ammunitions including blank cartridges, pistol caps, flares, crackers, fireworks and canisters.

Infectious substances: Such as viruses or bacteria.

The following items must not be carried on board as cabin baggage.

Toys/replica guns
Plastic catapults
Knifes with blades of any length
Razor Blades
Scissors
Tradesman’s Tools
Darts
Cutlery
Hypodermic syringes (unless supported by medical advise)
Knitting needles
Snooker or pool cues
Sporting bats

Due to space restrictions it is recommended that all sporting equipment is pre-booked and pre-paid by calling the local reservation centre, as not to do so may result in the item being refused carriage at the airport.
